Keep the Concentrate Insert lightly loaded, use highest temperatures and of course, keep the Concentrate Insert clean! Once you experience it the right way, you will want to use it every time.
Clean the insert by using a few drops of isopropyl alcohol, brush with a pipe cleaner/wire brush and leave to dry completely before doing a empty heatup to complete the cleaning process.
